37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum with 25 days holiday leave (plus bank holidays)

Bucks Pay Scale 9-10 (salary range £44,612 - £57,325) dependent on experience.

Permanent contract for February 2022 start.

The governing body wish to appoint a Finance and Business Manager to play a central role in helping to shape the vision and direction of the school over the next five to ten years. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic professional responsible for ensuring that our finances and business management support teaching and learning. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all aspects of school finance and managing an annual budget of £7 million.

In a varied and interesting role, you will be leading the finance and HR team, premises, health and safety and ICT. Demonstrating that you are capable of providing strategic leadership, you will be making decisions that will impact the school, and therefore we are seeking candidates that are comfortable working autonomously.

This is a challenging, varied and rewarding post in which no day is likely to be quite the same and which requires versatility, flexibility, initiative and a proven capacity for problem-solving. Applicants must therefore be able to demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism and business acumen.
