The GDPR is EU wide legislation which determines how people’s personal data is processed and kept safe and the legal rights individuals have in relation to their own data.

The processes and systems for handling personal and sensitive data at Chiltern Hills Academy are excellent and information is treated with great care. We are constantly working to improve these processes and have already implemented changes and better procedures to ensure the best working practice and compliance with GDPR.
