Create, Aspire and Excel to ‘Live life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10)

The Academy is founded on Christian values and principles through an ethos that promotes personal responsibility, self-respect, a valuing of the beliefs and views of others, self-confidence and a commitment to success and achievement.

I am delighted and proud to welcome you to the Chiltern Hills Academy website. It is a great honour to serve the brilliant students at Chiltern Hills and the supportive, dynamic community. We hope this website will provide you with a wealth of information about our vision for the school, our forward-thinking curriculum, our excellent students, and the varied opportunities that are available for students at CHA. I am very excited to be leading the academy into what I believe will be a very bright future.

At Chiltern Hills we are proud of the fact that we endeavour to provide an outstanding education for all our students and enable them to create, aspire and excel in their education and to find success in all areas of school life. We are a student-centred school and we are committed to providing the very best education for all our students no matter what their ability or background. We are proud of our students and their successes. We want them to flourish in a safe, caring environment and to leave us feeling confident and with an array of opportunities to build a happy, rewarding future.

We do place a strong emphasis on academic success and encourage all our students to work hard and achieve their potential. The curriculum we offer is broad and balanced, allowing access for all. But at Chiltern Hills we are much more than that. We also provide a wealth of other opportunities for our students to experience outside the classroom curriculum. We provide a range of activities to enrich students' lives that include: extra-curricular clubs, days trips, trips abroad, careers opportunities, community involvement and activity days. We want our students to be well-rounded and respectful people, who are motivated to achieve the best they can throughout their lives.

As Acting Principal I lead a team of very dedicated and expert staff who share a true passion for educational excellence in all areas of school life. We expect all our staff to live out the vision that places the student at the heart of everything that we do at Chiltern Hills Academy. We provide a dynamic and enriching curriculum for all. One of our greatest assets is the emphasis we place on relationships between all members of our community. This relationship primarily involves students, staff and parents/carers so that we can all work together to ensure that our students are ready for learning and getting involved in the life of the school.

As Acting Principal I am always ready and willing to hear from you. Please do contact me at office@chacademy.co.uk
