Chiltern Hills Academy - Sixth Form Results 2025

Chiltern Hills Academy are celebrating another great set of A level results this year.  There was a 98% pass rate in Y13. 70% of students gained A*-C in one or more of their subjects. Many of our students have got in to their first choice university including Birmingham, York, Manchester, Loughborough, Bournemouth and Reading.

Principal Tim Dobbs said: “I am delighted and very proud of all of our Sixth Form students who received their A Level and BTEC Level 3 results today. We are delighted with their achievements and there have been some exceptional results. Students and staff have worked incredibly hard over the past two years and we are really proud of our students' results. I would like to thank all of the staff for going the extra mile with the students and the parents and carers for their continued support. Our Year 13 students now leave us for the next exciting chapter in their lives and I wish all of our Y13 students success as they commence their university courses, apprenticeships or employment and we look forward to hearing of their future achievements.”

Y13 students should be very proud as they have demonstrated their resilience and willpower to succeed over some difficult times. The average point score per entry for A Levels is equivalent to a C Grade.  Equally, those students studying vocational courses achieved well in their BTECs, with the average outcome a Merit plus.

Chiltern Hills Academy prides itself on its determination to admit all students into the Sixth Form who would benefit from continuing their studies.  The KS5 Leader at the Academy, Mrs Hemsworth, said: “These are a good set of results that we have achieved; through hard work and determination many have exceeded their expectations. We wish them well for their future studies, work or gap year.”

The Sixth Form at Chiltern Hills Academy continues to grow and there are now wider opportunities for both traditional A Levels and some vocational courses.  There are more than twenty different courses offered in the Sixth Form.
