37 hours per week, term time + INSET (39 weeks with 5.1 weeks holiday pay per annum)
Bucks Pay Point 3 pro rata (£21,807 - £23,570) dependent on experience

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to supervise students during the absence of a teacher.  The successful candidate will ensure that students carry out a prepared lesson and respond to students questions appropriately. They will create an effective learning environment through positive classroom management including taking responsibility for the students’ behaviour and safety.

During periods where cover is not required, the successful candidate will oversee the library and provide one to one and small group assistance. They will be required to organise displays and book orders, train staff and students on returns and lending and promote the library as a quiet study area.

The ideal candidate will be available to work between 8.20am and 4.20pm daily with half an hour unpaid lunch break and 4pm finish on Friday.
