AYL Support Administrator for KS4

Required for either 2 days per week 8.45am – 4.15pm (excluding 30 min unpaid lunch break) OR Mon-Fri daily between 2.15pm – 4.15pm (10 hours per week).

Term time plus INSET days (39 weeks with 5.1 weeks holiday pay)

Bucks Pay Point 2 (£19,077 - £21,428 pro-rata) dependent on experience

Fixed term contract to 17 July 2019, required for immediate start.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated individual to support the Academic Year Leaders with our students in KS4. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and administrative skills. They will provide support to the AYL’s in matters of learning, behaviour management, attendance and family liaison.  A working knowledge of a school environment, policies and procedures would be a distinct advantage.
