Site Manager – casual hours

Hourly rate £10.96 - £12.31 dependent on experience
Required as soon as possible for an immediate start

We want to Increase to our existing Site Management team which assists in the running of the Academy’s facilities.  The appointed person will work as an integral part of the team and be responsible for all aspects of site management including health and safety, cleanliness and security.  Flexibility to work differing hours including evening and weekends to cover absence, school events and evening lets, when the facilities are hired to external users, is essential.

We require applicants with the ability to be organised and flexible with a pro-active, positive outlook to join our multi-skilled team, currently consisting of a Facilities Manager and four other site staff.  The successful applicant will be available to work ad-hoc hours to cover annual leave, staff absences, evening and weekend lettings and to work shifts as agreed with the Facilities Manager.
