SITE MANAGER – casual hours

Hourly rate £11.41 - £13.08 dependent on experience
Required as soon as possible for an immediate start

We are seeking to add to our existing team to assist Site Management in the running of the Academy’s facilities.  The appointed person will work as an integral part of the team and be responsible for all aspects of site management including moving and carrying, health and safety, cleanliness and security. Flexibility to work differing hours to cover absence, school events and evening lets when the facilities are hired to external users will be required.

We require applicants with the ability to be organised and flexible with a pro-active, positive outlook to join our multi-skilled team, currently consisting of a Facilities Manager and four other site staff.  We need someone who can offer flexible working hours to cover staff absence and to work shifts as agreed with the Facilities Manager. The successful applicant will be available to work ad-hoc hours to cover annual leave, absences and evening and weekend lettings.
