A unique opportunity for an ambitious person to join the team at Chiltern Hills Academy. Due to our expansion, we are seeking to appoint from September 2022, a well-qualified, enthusiastic and innovative person whose passion for art and all things creative will lead our team forward to develop our core art curriculum and extra-curricular activities. A recruitment and retention allowance will be negotiable for an exceptional candidate. The Department is well resourced and Art & Photography consistently perform well at GCSE and A Level at Chiltern Hills Academy.

We are looking for a dynamic practitioner who can deliver high quality learning and who has students’ progress at the forefront of their teaching.  They will be able to communicate their passion for the subject through innovative, diverse and stimulating teaching methods. The successful candidate will be fully involved in departmental development, target setting and evaluation of student progress and will possess the following attributes:

  • Strong teacher of Art & Photography

  • An outstanding classroom practitioner who is passionate about teaching and learning
