FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

25 hours per week, term time plus INSET + 1 week during the summer holidays

(38 weeks + 5 INSET days + 1 week) 40 weeks with 5.2 weeks holiday pay.

Working pattern in agreement with the Finance & Business Manager.

Bucks Pay Point 3 - £23,152 - £25,043 pro-rata dependent on experience.

Permanent contract, required for immediate start.

Applications are invited for an experienced, hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated Finance Administrator to join our busy Finance team. The role involves the processing of purchase orders and invoices, reconciling supplier statements to the purchase ledger and recording and banking income.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and know how to prioritise. They will have experience of using various financial software, have a good attention to detail, be a confident communicator and comfortable with control processes and undertaking reconciliation tasks. The ability to work accurately under pressure is vital to this role.
