First Aider & Student Services Administrator

32.5 hours per week, term time plus INSET days (39 weeks with 5.1 weeks holiday pay)

Bucks Pay Point 2-3 (£19,856 - £24,540 pro-rata) dependent on experience

Required from January 2022

We are seeking to appoint, from January 2022, a kind, caring and compassionate individual to oversee the care of students who are unwell or injured. They will act as the primary First Aider and be responsible for the Medical Room. The successful candidate will also provide support to our Safeguarding Lead and work as part of the Safeguarding Team on issues of child protection. They will offer wider support to our Student Services team and will have strong interpersonal and administrative skills. A working knowledge of a school environment, policies and procedures would be a distinct advantage. The post holder will be situated in the main school office and as such will be expected to carry out their duties against a background of constant interruption and conflicting demands so the ability to multitask is vital.
