HR MANAGER

37 hours per week, 52 weeks contract with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Salary: Bucks Pay Range 7 - £36,646 - £40,759 per annum

Permanent contract

 

We are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, an experienced, dynamic and innovative individual to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the school ethos, processes and procedures. The role will support the Principal, SLT and staff with all aspects of HR and Payroll and the successful candidate will guide and support managers to implement policies.

Applicants should be organised and personable, have excellent computer literacy skills and relevant HR experience, preferably in a school setting. Strong technical HR knowledge is essential, with excellent communication skills and an ability to undertake a range of strategic and operational work.
