We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, energetic and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills to join our busy Student Services team and support the KS3 Academic Year Leaders. The main focus of the role will be to strengthen the pastoral support between student, family and school to remove any barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and administrative skills and have the ability to deal with minor student behavioural issues. A working knowledge of a school environment, policies and procedures would be a distinct advantage. The post holder will be situated in the main school office and as such will be expected to carry out their duties against a background of constant interruption and conflicting demands so the ability to multitask is vital.

Please contact Mrs Mistry, HR Administrator, to arrange a tour of the school and to answer any questions you may have.  An application form can be downloaded from the Staff Recruitment page of this website and a Job Description with Person Specification can be accessed from the link below. Completed applications should be submitted to Mrs Jo Mistry, by email and should include a letter indicating your strengths for this position.
