32.5 hours per week, term time plus INSET days
(39 weeks with 5.1 weeks holiday pay)

Working pattern: 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 2.
£19,856 - £22,316 pro rata (actual £14,793 - £16,625) dependent on experience.
Fixed term contract for one year, required for January start.

We are seeking to appoint an LSA that has a passion for working in education and with young people. We require candidates that possess excellent communication skills and a good general level of education to support and enhance the learning of a small group of students in a classroom setting. We welcome people with or without experience and are happy to provide the relevant training. Our intake of students reflects a culturally rich and diverse community and we are committed to helping all our students to achieve their full potential in a supportive and friendly environment.
