32.5 hours per week, term time plus INSET days (39 weeks with 5.1 weeks holiday pay)

Working pattern: 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Salary: Bucks Pay Range 2

£19,856 - £22,316 pro rata (actual £14,793 - £16,625) dependent on experience.

Fixed term contract for one year, required for immediate start

We are seeking to appoint an LSA who has a passion for working in education and with young people. We require candidates that possess excellent communication skills and a good general level of education to support our students in enhancing the learning of a small group of students in a classroom setting. We welcome people with or without experience but we are particularly interested in people who have some training or knowledge in working with students with speech and language difficulties. Our intake of students reflects a culturally rich and diverse community and we are committed to helping all our students to achieve their full potential in a supportive and friendly environment.
