37 hours p/w, term time plus INSET + 2 weeks (41 weeks with 5.5 weeks holiday pay)

Working pattern: 8.00am – 4.00pm daily (3.30pm finish on Friday)
excluding 30 min unpaid lunch break.

Salary: Bucks Pay Range 5 - £27,256 - £29,578
(actual salary £24,373 - £26,450 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, an experienced, dynamic and innovative individual responsible for the maintenance of the school's management information system (SIMS) and staff and student timetables. The successful applicant will provide a critical service to the senior leadership team and will have experience and expertise in the use of SIMS and timetable production and maintenance. A high level of ICT literacy and knowledge of school systems would be advantageous, as would knowledge of post 16 funding.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference. You should have a proven track record in the management of data systems and timetabling. The post holder will also need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines as the role also involves other SLT administrative support.
