Student Progress Keyworker
35 hours per week, term time plus INSET days (39 weeks with 5.1 weeks holiday pay)
Bucks Pay Range 3:16 – 3:20 (actual salary £17,845 - £19,300) dependent on experience
Permanent role, required for September 2020 start.
We are seeking to appoint a Student Progress Keyworker to support the Senior Leadership Team in the delivery of provision for disadvantaged students. The Student Progress Keyworker will be responsible for helping to improve the progress of disadvantaged students by making a significant impact to raising the achievement of these students.
The ability to establish good relationships with students whilst setting firm boundaries is essential to this role, as are excellent listening and interpersonal skills when dealing with students, colleagues, parents/carers. The role would suit degree educated candidates that may be looking to move into teaching who we could support via an ITT course or qualified teachers that are seeking a different role.
