At CHA, your wellbeing matters just as much as your learning. Everyone has ups and downs — it’s normal to feel stressed, sad, or worried sometimes. What’s important is knowing where to find help and how to look after yourself.

We have staff trained as Mental Health First Aiders who you can talk to if you’re worried, stressed, or struggling. They will:
