At Chiltern Hills Academy, we believe that healthy, balanced meals play an important role in supporting learning, wellbeing, and growth. We work closely with our catering partner, The Pantry, to provide nutritious and enjoyable food choices that meet national School Food Standards.
From a hearty breakfast to a filling lunch, every meal is designed to give our students the energy and focus they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
We are committed to providing nutritious, balanced meals that support your child’s wellbeing and learning. Use the sections below to access key information about our school meal service.
At The Pantry, students can enjoy a wide variety of hot meals, salads, sandwiches, rolls, baguettes, and healthy snacks. Each menu is carefully planned to include all the essential food groups — from fibre and carbohydrates to fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, and lean meats — making sure every student has the opportunity to enjoy a balanced diet.
Menus change regularly, ensuring variety and plenty of choice for every taste.
Students are welcome to bring a packed lunch, but we kindly ask families to support our healthy eating ethos by providing balanced options such as sandwiches or alternatives, fruit, and water.
To keep all students safe:
Your support in following these guidelines helps us to provide a safe and healthy environment for all.

We know that good nutrition supports concentration, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. By encouraging healthy habits, both through school meals and packed lunches, we aim to help every young person at CHA grow into healthy, confident, and resilient adults.
