Chiltern Hills Academy is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, inclusive and student-focused Principal, to lead the next stage of our exciting journey. We are proud of our caring and supportive environment, which makes Chiltern Hills Academy a school of choice for parents. This includes our superb SEND department, which enables every student to flourish as individuals and make good progress and the Academy being named in many ECHPs.

We are an over-subscribed school, expanding to eight form entry from September 2022. To accommodate this, we have a major building project in progress to create best in class facilities. This provides an outstanding opportunity for an exceptionally talented professional to join our Academy.

The Academy serves the culturally diverse town of Chesham, a market town in Buckinghamshire set in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Chesham itself has excellent transport connections via the Metropolitan Underground line and is also within easy reach of the M25, M40 and M1
