Drama

Drama at Chiltern Hills Academy encourages students to develop confidence, creativity and communication skills through performance, collaboration and the exploration of theatre. Students learn to create, perform and evaluate drama while developing an understanding of how theatre reflects society, culture and human experience.

Through practical performance, script work and the study of theatrical styles and practitioners, students build the skills to express ideas, work effectively with others and engage with a wide range of stories, themes and perspectives.

In Drama, students are supported to:

  • Make strong progress within an inclusive learning environment that supports all learners
