Media Studies at Chiltern Hills Academy helps students understand, analyse and create the media that shapes our daily lives. Through the study of television, film, advertising, social media, gaming, music and print media, students develop the skills to think critically about how media messages are constructed, interpreted and influenced by society.
Students explore how media industries operate, how audiences engage with content and how representation shapes perceptions, while developing their own creative and practical production skills.
