Alumni

At Chiltern Hills Academy we love to keep in touch with our Alumni through our CHA Linkedin network.

We celebrate their achievements and invite them to come back to school to speak to our students about their career path.

Recently former pupil, Brad White came back into school to talk about his journey in the Space industry following his MSc in Astrophysics and employment at European Astrotech. Students heard how Brad was recently stationed at the Space X facility fuelling a satellite which went up on the most recent transporter mission. The space industry is growing at an unprecedented rate with many wide range job opportunities.

Brad White - Propulsion Engineer

Brad secured a position at European Astrotech on the back of his MSc in Astrophysics and is heavily involved in test work, high altitude balloon operations and STEM activities. Brad is fully certified as a SCAPE operative and has participated in the launch campaign at SPACE X, Cape Canaveral, where he fuelled the EnMAP spacecraft - part of the Transporter 4 mission.
