Feedback and Evaluation
We believe it is important to gain feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of our Careers Programme from our students. Feedback helps us identify areas for improvement so that we can continuously improve the programme.
We do this in various ways
- Destination Data surveys for Year 11 & Year 13.
- Online feedback forms sent to students after each careers activity and impact evaluated.
- Futures Skills Questionnaire for Years 7-13 which enables us to understand the effectiveness of our careers programme.
- Student Ambassadors ‘voice of pupils’ elected to work with the Careers Department delivering the careers programme and working with other Buckinghamshire schools attending Ambassador meetings.
- We will select Teacher Careers Champions who will attend the Teachers Encounters sessions run by Bucks Skills Hub to evaluate careers into the curriculum.
- Feedback and Evaluation enables us to identify any gaps in student’s knowledge of pathways and allows us to enhance our programme continuously.
